This page is used only to book a local pickup appointment for an order that has already been placed with Hello Comfy.

Please ensure you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before booking an appointment.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (excluding public holidays)

How This Works

1. Place your order online and select “Pickup in Store” at checkout
2. Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email
3. On this page, click the “Book now” button to choose your pickup time
4. Bring your order number with you on arrival

⚠️ Important Information

• This page is for appointment booking only. No payment is required.
• We are a manufacturing facility and are not open to the public.
• All visits, including order pickups, must be booked in advance.
• Payment is not accepted on site — all orders must be placed and paid in full prior to pickup.
