We’re a family-run manufacturing business based in Melbourne, Australia, and we’re here to make life a little easier for parents, caregivers, educators, and children. At Hello Comfy, we design and manufacture high-quality, child care-friendly products that are practical, safe, and made to last.

As parents ourselves, we understand how hard it can be to find products that are safe, reliable, affordable, and made with care — so we set out to create them ourselves.

By delivering high-quality products direct-to-customers, we cut out the middleman and offer competitive prices without sacrificing quality.

Our Story

It started with the same concerns many parents face: "Why is it so hard to find well-made, affordable products that I can actually trust for my kids?"

With young children of our own, we struggled to find sleep mats, sheets, and soft furnishings that met our standards — especially for use in early learning environments. They were either poor quality, overpriced, or not designed with safety in mind.

So we created Hello Comfy: a locally made, parent-founded brand focused on comfort, safety, and durability. From our Melbourne factory, we now supply high-quality child care products to families, centres, and schools across Australia.

Nothing matters more than the well-being of children. That’s why we carefully design our products with safety front of mind. For example, the foam in our Child Care Sleep Mats is tested to AS/NZS 8811.1:2013 Methods of testing infant products – Sleep Surfaces - Test for firmness, the voluntary Australian and New Zealand standard referenced by Red Nose Australia.

We’re not just made in Australia — we’re officially Australian Made® licensed. That means our products meet strict criteria under Australian Consumer Law and are certified by Australian Made Campaign Ltd. Look for the green and gold kangaroo — it's your assurance of genuine local quality.

We offer a range of custom options, including colour choices, special sizes, and even logo printing for centres and schools. As direct manufacturers, we cut out the middleman — giving you affordable pricing without compromising on quality. We also offer bulk order discounts for centres, schools, and larger fit-outs.
