Refund policy

At Hello Comfy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or invoice)

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@hellocomfy.com.au. Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at sales@hellocomfy.com.au so we can make it right.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item has a major fault. For minor issues, we’ll work with you to provide a suitable remedy (e.g. repair, replacement, or refund).

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@hellocomfy.com.au.
