Local Pickup
Please note that pickup is strictly by appointment only, and we kindly ask that you arrange a time before coming by. Here are the details:

Pickup Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm (excluding Public Holidays)
How to Select Local Pickup:
At checkout, please make sure to select the “Pickup in Store” option.
Appointment Required:
Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, simply reply to that email, send us a message at sales@hellocomfy.com.au, or call us at 03 7046 9688 to schedule your pickup time.
⚠️ Please note: We are a manufacturing factory, not a shopfront or showroom. All visits, including order pickups, must be scheduled in advance. We do not accept payment on site — all orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
Important: After placing your order, please wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup before reaching out to schedule an appointment. This helps us ensure your order is prepared and ready when you arrive.

🌏 International Orders
Yes, we do offer international shipping! If you're located outside Australia and interested in placing an order, please get in touch with us directly at sales@hellocomfy.com.au so we can assist with shipping options and rates tailored to your location.
⚠️ Please note: A physical street address is required for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Locked Bags.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
As we proudly manufacture all of our products at our factory in Melbourne, there may occasionally be a short delay in dispatch if additional stock needs to be produced to complete your order. In these instances, we’ll keep you informed and work to minimise any delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order size, delivery address, and item weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, remote delivery locations, or peak periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for redelivery or address corrections.
