Its two extended arms align with the reinforced eyelets in our Hanging Sleep Mats, making everyday pack-away simple while helping keep sleep and storage areas tidy.

When the rack is empty, both arms fold inwards against the base plate for a more compact profile. Constructed from durable powder-coated mild steel and finished in versatile white, it is designed for the practical demands of child care centres, kindergartens, preschools, schools and family day care services.

Installation Requirements: 

This product must be installed securely before use.

Installation should be completed by a qualified tradesperson who can:

Assess the wall type, structure and condition
Confirm that the installation location can safely support the rack and stored mats
Determine whether the supplied mounting hardware is suitable
Substitute appropriate fixings where required
Check for concealed electrical wiring, plumbing and other services before drilling
Select a location that prevents children from accessing, climbing or playing with the rack or mats
Allow adequate clearance for the arms and stored mats
Confirm that the rack is level, secure and stable before use

The supplied mounting hardware may not be suitable for every wall construction. Do not install the rack into an unsuitable or structurally inadequate surface.

Care Instructions

Wipe the rack with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent as required.

Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach or solvents, as these may damage the powder-coated finish.

Dry the rack thoroughly after cleaning. Do not hang wet mats on the rack.

Wipe and completely air-dry each Hanging Sleep Mat and its metal eyelets before hanging it for storage.

Check the rack and wall fixings regularly, particularly in high-use environments. Arrange inspection or maintenance by a qualified tradesperson if any movement, damage or deterioration is identified.

⚠️ WARNING: This product is intended solely for storing unoccupied, compatible hanging sleep mats. Never place a child, person or any other load on the rack or its arms.

⚠️ WARNING: Store no more than eight Hello Comfy Child Care Hanging Sleep Mats on one rack. Distribute the mats evenly across both arms and ensure both eyelets are correctly positioned before releasing each mat.

⚠️ WARNING: Hanging Sleep Mats must be completely removed from the rack and placed flat on a firm floor before use. Never use a sleep mat while it is hanging.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not allow children to climb, hang, pull or play on the rack, its arms or the stored mats. Install the rack in an appropriate staff-controlled location away from children’s access wherever practicable.

⚠️ WARNING: Keep the rack clear of doors, walkways, emergency exits, play areas and other locations where the projecting arms or stored mats could create an obstruction or impact hazard.

⚠️ WARNING: Fold both arms inwards against the base plate when the rack is empty and not being loaded or unloaded. Take care to keep hands and fingers clear of the folding joints.

⚠️ WARNING: Inspect the rack, mounting points, fixings, welds, hinges and powder-coated surfaces regularly. Stop using the rack immediately if it becomes loose, bent, unstable, damaged or excessively corroded.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not modify the rack, substitute its components or use it to store unrelated products. Contact Hello Comfy if replacement components or further instructions are required.
